Tom Holland recently opened up about his holiday plans and future aspirations to unite his family with Zendaya’s during an appearance on the Dish Podcast.

Discussing his upcoming celebrations, the Spider-Man star revealed, “I am gonna be in America this year. I’ll be with my girlfriend’s family, which will be fun.” Keeping the exact location under wraps, he added, “Where we’ll be is a secret.”

Reflecting on a past Christmas, Holland recounted a challenging experience: “I made two movies back-to-back through COVID. Did two press tours through COVID and didn’t get COVID once. And then, after the Spider-Man 3 premiere, which was my last day of work, I got COVID.”

He explained how the unexpected diagnosis impacted his holiday plans. “I was supposed to fly home the next day for Christmas but ended up spending two weeks in the guest bedroom, just by myself. It was a pretty rough Christmas.”

Looking ahead to next year, Holland revealed an exciting plan to bring both families together for the holidays. “I think what we’d like to start doing is, rather than spending it with each family each year, we’d bring the families together. That’s what I think we want to do next time.”

However, he admitted the logistical challenges of organizing such a gathering. “This time, ’cause we’re both actors, we’re terrible at organizing things. So it hasn’t happened yet. But the thought’s there. The idea has been planted.”
